Newsletters & Meeting Minutes -  (PDF Format)

For those of you that have had problems with the newsletters displaying properly on your computer:
The current newsletters are published in .pdf format, and range in size from 300-550KB. 
It normally takes from five to ten seconds on cable, or one-half to two minutes on dial-up to display, depending on the capacity and vintage of your computer's graphics display adapter, it's available main memory, it's available hard drive space, and the vintage of it's operating system. If a computer does not display the entire document properly, possibly having blackouts, an extensive clean-up and/or configuration change on your computer is likely necessary, provided that your hardware limits have not been exceeded, thus requiring some hardware upgrade --
